I rarely do this. I’m just sharing a random blog post find:
It’s sort of the perfect example of a great Starbucks experience.
By the way, anyone who wants a short, but great read on what the Starbucks experience means and how it works, I recommend the book The Starbucks Experience by Joseph Michelli.
Hope you enjoy this!

Melody so great that you shared this blog post. There is actually a partner at my local store that is always saying how a great and wonderful day and makes you feel so welcomed to the store. She is a gem to this store and I have told her numerous times.
@Purple1 – That’s great to hear! Some people are very genuinely welcoming. Such a nice thing. ๐
@Melody, thanks for a wonderful heart warming blog post, just what I needed to hear and now I am going to “have a beautiful day”. ๐ ๐ ๐
Beautiful!
Love it! There is partner is one of my local stores that once in awhile is actually singing when I go in. He told me that not everyone appreciates it but I told him that I did and that he should continue. He graduated from my own kids’ high school and was in all the school musicals as he really does have a great singing voice. He’s courteous, quick at service, and always friendly. So I say, sing Scott, sing!
Now I really want to go in and order a:
“fatty Mocha Frappa Somethinโ.”
I bet every barista makes it differently.
FABULOUS post on an amazing partner!!! I just love the special personalities of ‘my’ local partners and will now wish them a ‘BEAUTIFUL DAY’!!!
I love everyone’s comments. I see this article had a few people smiling ear to ear.
