Starting May 13, 2014, you can buy a copy of the highly-anticipated book Tales of the Siren: A StarbucksMelody. Look for Tales of the Siren on Amazon.com, Nook publishing, Smashwords, and Kobo. You can download a copy for your Kindle, Nook, or order a paperback book to be mailed to you. Search Amazon.com or other book publishing websites, or your Kindle or Nook store, by author name: Melody Overton.
The book contains exciting true stories of Melody’s experiences as a customer in the Starbucks flagship market, oh-so-close to the headquarters. It’s not a conversion of this blog to a book, rather contains almost entirely new material. The very top executives Howard Schultz and Cliff Burrows make appearances throughout the book.
Stories of one woman’s adventures with Starbucks, living in the backyard of their headquarters in Seattle. Get a peek behind the doors of the corporate headquarters of the world’s most recognizable coffee brand. Customers and partners come together in a series of delightful vignettes that illustrate how Starbucks works to create unique coffee and community service experiences. Enjoy a humanizing look at top executives Howard Schultz and Cliff Burrows. Get a glimpse into the inner workings of Starbucks and come along as StarbucksMelody builds friendships, gains a deeper understanding of coffee, and learns what it means to be in the people business serving coffee.
Order your copy on Tuesday, May 13th!
~Thank you!

Melody, It was fate that I read Chapter 22 on Memorial Day. Blessings to You!
Monica – Hahaha! That’s great. I’ve had some awesome Memorial Days! I spent one with Denise R., though the book would have been super confusing to have lots of chapters with characters that don’t necessarily connect with characters in the next chapters so I opted for simple and short. But Memorial Day with my Japanese friend was great.
