Off and on I get asked, “What merchandise is at the Roastery?” Have a look: You’ll find lots of mugs, some pins, coffee brewing equipment, Palmer Cash shirts and more. Palmer Cash is a small US company that makes high quality made-in-the-USA shirts and sweatshirts. I highly recommend them! They’re soft and comfy, and the sweatshirts are very warm!
^ The Clever Dripper is a very easy way to make coffee at home. It looks a bit like a pour over, but works just a little differently. Like a pour over, use a #4 paper filter. Make sure you have pre-wet the filter. Add in 4 to 6 tablespoons of coffee. The cone portion of the Clever Dripper is designed to hold about 18 ounces of water. To make an 18 ounce cup of coffee, measure out 6 level tablespoons of coffee. Of course you can use less water, just be sure to reduce the amount of coffee. (I recommend a refresher on the Four Fundamentals of a Great Cup of Coffee.) After you add water and coffee, let it sit for about 4 minutes. Then place the Clever on your coffee mug. This is designed with a spring action and the coffee will not pour through until it’s sitting on your mug. It’s super easy to use! Use a coarse grind for an immersion brewing technique, such as the Clever Dripper.
This is still not all of the Roastery merchandise! Hopefully you enjoyed your walk through the retail area of the Roastery with me!

If I ever come out there (more like when), yikes… between the Roastery merchandise, the Roastery-unique beverages, the Scoop Bar, and the Coffee Gear Store… I guess I don’t get to eat!
