I went back to Evolution Fresh this weekend, and had such a nice visit that I decided I would blog about it again. I wish Starbucks would open a few more of these stores. As it stands right now, the only Evolution Fresh store is in Bellevue. However, Starbucks says that more are coming! Of course where Starbucks plans to put new Evolution Fresh stores is quite a mystery!
My first blog article about Evolution Fresh is here.
Here’s the address again:
Evolution Fresh
545 Bellevue Way
Bellevue, Washington

I arrived the morning of the 26th, and I was a little hungry so I ordered the “Southwest Scramble.” It’s delicious. The description of it includes eggs, quinoa, black beans, roasted red peppers, baby spinach, feta, and mild chile sauce. It looks super healthy, but it still tastes very good:
I like the digital images on the menu board. I don’t recall seeing the blueberries image come up last time I was in:
Last time I wrote about Evolution Fresh, I didn’t get a good photo of the area where the food is made, or the food menuboards, so here they are:
Don’t forget that when you’re at Evolution Fresh, you can use your Starbucks card as a form of payment, or you can pick up an Evolution Fresh card and use it as your Starbucks card inside Starbucks stores:
I’ve heard that it may be possible to arrange a “juice tasting” experience at this store, but I haven’t had the chance to do that yet. If I get the chance to attend a “juice tasting,” absolutely I’ll be writing a blog post about that too.
Last but not least, here are a couple more photos from this visit to Evolution Fresh:

I can see that you really enjoyed the Evolution fresh visit.. I just want to experience this too someday and see if it is what I also enjoy to do..
I want one of these stores near me! Thanks for the update Melody. Looks even more enticing than your previous post (if that’s possible).
Yes Melody this update really gives the reader a great view of this store and I hope they expand their locations beyond Seattle. I particularly like that they are sensitive to the healthy menu choices and what seems to be the open look of the store.
Thank you for all the pictures! This is fr sure a place I want to visit when I am in the area!
I hope they do well and expand out (slowly! no need to go on a huge building spree)
I think there is a huge market for this type of location but agree with AmazonV that when Starbucks expands this brand that they are strategic about it.
If I get back to Seattle I’m definitely going to visit it!
That Southwest Scramble sounds yummy and I would love for SBUX to offer it in their coffee locations too.
I would definitely visit one of these if they built one near me! For now, I will live vicariously through the pictures you’ve taken! Thanks for sharing! 😀
To all – I wish we had a clue when and where more Evolution Fresh stores are coming! 🙂
wow i would love to transfer to work at an Evolution Fresh store!
@Emily – If you are serious about wanting to work at Evolution Fresh, the opportunity is now. There are more Evolution Fresh stores coming.
