There are lots of snack at Starbucks! I’m referring to the things hidden by the registers or in baskets. I think it’s easy to miss what’s hidden at the register.
The new La Boulange Vanilla Biscotti with Almonds is really delicious and perfect for dunking into a cup of coffee.
The Peeled Snacks Apple Clusters only recently showed up at Starbucks. They’re good but of course they taste like dehydrated apples. I think the portion size is too large for a single serving. If you get these, you might be eating apple clusters for days.
There are two kinds of Kind bars offered at Starbucks. Of the two, I like the Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate Nut Kind bar. You’ll also find an Almond Coconut Cashew Chai Kind bar at Starbucks – both of these are gluten free. Interestingly, just today I was chatting with a barista at the Starbucks on Elliott in Seattle, and she mentioned that she likes to warm up the Kind bars in the oven! She said it only takes a second in the oven, and warmed they bring out new flavors. I haven’t tried this and I’m almost a little skeptical of the thought of a warmed Kind bar! If you’ve tried this, let me know.
What’s your favorite snack at Starbucks or what would you hope to see at Starbucks?

I’m on a diet now so I can’t get any of their snacks. :-/ I haven’t tried the Kind bars before. Maybe I will after the wedding!
I love the new Apple
Clusters. I wish the packages were smaller and thus less expensive. I can’t finish an entire bag. So usually I just share.
I like the coconut cashew chai Kind bar. I always thought they looked hard & crunchy, but they’re on the soft side, and pretty tasty!
I like what Starbucks is introducing into the food market. Most of their pastries with the exception of the “Flourless Chocolate Chunk Cookie” and the “Petite Vanilla Bean Scone” I find myself only having on occasion since they’re pretty high in calories (but very tasty indeed). On the other hand, the “bottom” refrigerated area of the case have some really nice choices which fit into my lifestyle. Mostly all the Bistro Boxes, Wraps, Yogurts, Fruits, and KIND Bars are amazing! If I don’t get something from the pastry case, I usually do for my friends or relatives since they too think are some pretty delicious foods pairing with great coffee!
Something that I love but that often may be overlooked is the Starbucks mints. They come in a small metal box that is very portable & won’t accidentally open. Just be warned–they are quite strong & pack a powerful punch!
@IzzyJ I haven’t payed much attention to them. Hmm, might have to switch to Starbucks mints instead of Altoids!:D
@Ricardo. You must try the mints! They are addictive! So much better than Altoids!
